1. How does the club promote equal opportunities in football?
   We have defined six concrete measures that actively promote equal opportunities in football. We stand for these six measures and implement them: Fair Pay, Equal Play, Higher Standards, More Visibility, Social Impact, Youth Development.
   
2. What benefits do I have as a member of the Game Changer Club?
   As a member, you not only support us financially with your contribution, but you also become part of our FC Viktoria Berlin community. Among other things, you get access to exclusive merchandise collections and club events, as well as discounts on our fan shop.
   
3. Can I buy multiple memberships for my family at once?
   Yes, you can. Once you have completed your membership, we will send you the appropriate number of digital club cards. You can personalize these for each individual member. You will receive access to our club room and 10% off our merchandise via the email address you used to complete your membership.
   
4. As a Game Changer Club member, am I also a club member?
   No. Club membership is a monthly or annual sponsorship of women's football. Although we are closely connected to the historic club, we also see ourselves as a start-up due to the spin-off into our own FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin Frauen-Fußball GmbH. With your membership, you explicitly become part of the movement and community surrounding the women's team and can benefit from the advantages mentioned above.
   
5. Can I view and change my membership details online?
   Yes, after successfully registering in the Game Changer Club, you will receive access to your personal club account via the website. Here you can view your data and change it if necessary.
   
6. How long am I a member?
   With our annual plan, you will be a member of the Game Changer Club for exactly twelve months from your personal joining date.
   
7. Is there a notice period for my membership in the Game Changer Club?
   Yes, the notice period is four weeks before the exact expiry date of your twelve-month membership. If you do not cancel within the deadline, your membership will automatically be extended for another year. You can check the exact term of your membership in your personal club account.
   
8. What happens if I cancel my membership?
   If you cancel your membership in time, it will automatically end on the last day of your current annual plan. From this day on, you will lose all benefits as a supporter of the Game Changer Club and you will not receive any further information or offers from us.
   
9. What payment options are available?
   You can pay your Game Changer Club membership fee online. Simply add the membership to your shopping cart. You have the choice: pay your annual Game Changer Club membership either in monthly instalments or save by paying for a year straight away.
   
10. Is there a membership card?
    Yes, after successful registration you will receive your digital membership card. You can simply save this personalized card in your digital wallet, for example. It is not transferable.
    
11. How can I further support FC Viktoria Berlin?
    There are many ways to support us. We love a good atmosphere and full stands. Just come along to one of our home games and bring your friends, family, neighbors or other acquaintances. Or stock up on the coolest merch in town here in the shop . We promise: It won't be boring with us!
